The Effect on Anti-anemic Action of Mouse Gastrics Mucosa to Anemic Rat

Abstract
This study was conducted to confirm the existence of anti-anemic material in gastric mucosa after bring anemia to rat artificially without without removing its stomach. Laboratory animals was 45 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats weighting around 200gm irrespective of sex and the emulsions of gastric mucosa was prepared by extracting stomach and severing the pyloric portion and cardiac portion.of stomach. The laboratory animals were arranged 15 heads for normal rats group, 15 heads for experimental group and 15 heads for control group with completely randomized design.
The experimental group(gastric mucosa administration group) is the group that is drawn 4.0cc or blood(20% of total blood) per head by cardiac puncture to bring anemia artifically and injected with 1.0gm gastric mucosa emulsion per head to oral cavity, and the control group is the group that is drawn blood, but isn¢¥t administered with gastric mucosa emulsion. The basic test items to examine anemia to these 3 groups, the normal rat group, the experimental group and the control group were RBC count, hemoglobin concentration, and hematocrit value. whice were measured for 15 days repeatedly to determine the existence of anti-anemic material in gastric mucosa.
The results are summarized as follows
1. The mean of RBC count, Hb content, and Hct value of the normal rats group were 9.1 ¡¾0.35 x 10¢¥/om¢¥ 13.5¡¾ 1.54g/ dl, and 48.1 ¡¾ 1.40% respecti very.
2. The RBC count of the experimental group showed the rant-,e of 6.1 to 8.4 x 106/r3 for 15 days, and its recovery was a little fast compared with the control group which had the range of 6.0 to 7.2 x 106/~¢¥
3. The Hb content of the experimental group showed the range of 8.6 to 11.9g/dl for 15 days. and its recovery was a little fast compared with the control group which had the range of 8.0 to 9.3g/dl.
4. The l let value of the experimental group showed the range of 2.3 to 43.8`: for 15 days. and its recovery was a little fast compared with the control group which had the ran<~c of 32.2 to 40.3`L.
5. It turned out that anemic rats were affected continually mouse gastric mucosa. since the difference between experimental group and control group in RITC count. FIR content and list value of anemic rat Keep increasing daily for 15 days.
6. It proved that the administration of mouse gastric NWcosa brought anti-anemic action to hemorrhage anemic rat.
